  1. We lost power at 2pm on Friday afternoon and got it back this morning at 3 am so 60 plus hours with no heat, water or electricity. Ice storm followed by heavy snows. Thankful for heat and water this morning.

  2. You can grow another pineapple from the top part (leaves/stem). If I remember right you can just put it in water to grow roots and then dirt later. Same with lettuce, just put the bulb in water to grow roots. There so many plants we buy that can be potted and grown. You probably already new that though. I would love to see the crafts you guys do btw.

  3. i love fresh pineapple but the worst thing is the acid is rough on my lips lol hugsssssssss

  4. So far we've had the best winter in years. It has been so mild we've only had about 2 weeks of cold weather and we barely have any snow. I hope it stays like this for a while my goats are going to be kidding very soon.

  5. Too much fun. Not too much snow, at least not at one time. Looks like an interesting game.
    Have a great day.

  6. I love the quiet that snow brings. Ooh, tacos sound yummy. That game sounds fun!

  7. First day of winter isn't until December 21. so we still have a LOT of winter left. Lots of time for now snow.

  8. Good morning Out of Goshen! We had a snowstorm yesterday and dumped about 8" of fresh Love the pancake idea Hannah they looked yummy. Also, we need to get the game Listicles! That looks like fun. Have a great day and love to you all! 🙂

  9. I did not do well at that game…my mind went totally blank. That would be a good game to help the memory and I guess I really need it. Lovely snowy day and Mr. Kitty seemed pretty confident walking in it.
Hannah shoveling and Sam snow blowing and the domestead is ready to navigate again. Have a Blessed day everyone.

  10. The snow is beautiful. The hot chocolate pancakes sounds really good. How far along are you Ashley? I haven't been keeping up.

  11. Good morning to all, the snow is beautiful but I'm a whimp. I love the heat its 5:00 am here in California and it 45° and for me thats cold. Anything under 60° is cold for me.
